Loft conversion

The customer needed an extra bedroom in their house to gain more space. We followed the plans, fitting a stronger floor structure, altering the timbers in the roof, fitting new Velux roof lights, insulating the roof with cellotex, moving the existing water tanks, fitting built in cupboards and a new staircase. We then plastered and painted the new room to the customer’s specification.
